From April 14 to 16,  the 2017 Annual Congress of Maternity and Child Healthcare Society of Gynecological Minimally Invasive Surgery Committee of Jiangsu Province and Academic Forum for Minimally Invasive Surgery and Fertility Conservation in Gynecological Tumor were hold in Nanjing grandly. This congress were sponsored by  the Society of Maternity and Child Healthcare of Gynecological Minimally Invasive Surgery Committee of Jiangsu Province and undertaken by Nanjing Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital (Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University). Nanjing Medical Association also co-organized the meeting. The Experts Group made up of six members from the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons (SLS) have been invited to attend this congress, they are Professor Maurice K. Chung, president in the year of (2012, 2016); Professor Phillip P. Shadduck, president in the year of (2017); Professor Robert K. Zurawin, president in the year of (2017); Professor John E. Morrison; Professor Michael W McDonald and Professor Steven M. Minaglia. A total of more than 50 famous specialists gave lectures to 300 gynecologists.

  In the noon of April 15, in the accompany of Prof. Shen Rong , who is the president of Nanjing Maternity and Child Health Hospital, all the experts of SLS visited our hospital , including the following departments like the Labor Delivery and Recovery Room, the Postpartum Rehabilitation Certer, the Child Develpment Assessment Center, the Obstetrical and Gynecological Clinic, and the Gynecology Inpatient Department. Finally, they gave a high appraisal to the construction development our hospital.
