Transnational cooperation, co-seeking new development in the field of gynecology and obstetrics

On the morning of October 19, the ceremony for signing the cooperative agreement between our hospital and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center Medical Center was launched at the Meeting Room located at 418 of the Executive Building of our hospital. Vice-director Li Yunping, the leaders of our hospital  including the President, and representatives of relevant departments/sections, attended this signing ceremony. 
Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center is one of the top teaching hospitals of Medical School of Harvard University. The research conducted by Daniel Talmor and other experts into the development field of obstetrical anesthesia has always been leading worldwide. Our hospital has been cooperating with the medical center for a long time. We have repeatedly invited Professor Li Yunping to conduct all-round and multi-disciplinary exchanges of clinical practice guidance with our hospital, and transfer the most advanced new concepts and techniques of obstetrics, anesthesia and neonatology.

The President and Director Daniel Talmor signed the cooperative agreement on behalf of both parties. This agreement aims at reinforcing mutual cooperation and exchanges. Every year, our hospital will dispatch 3 to 4 batches (2 to 4 gynecological and obstetrical clinical doctors and administrative staff for each batch) to this medical center for short-term training and exchange. Both parties will gradually explore cooperation on other projects according to the progress of this project. The execution of this agreement denotes that both parties will support each other in teaching, scientific research and clinical practice, jointly promote their cooperation and win-win in gynecology, obstetrics, anesthesia, intensive care and medical administration, integrate Chinese and foreign resources, create a new name card of domestic and overseas technology of obstetrical labor analgesia, jointly boost safe and effective labor analgesia and protect the safety of mothers and babies.
