From Nov. 28, 2018 to Feb. 22, 2019, Dr. Li attend the international training course in the Department of Neonatology, at University Hospital of Siena, Italy for three months.       
This course focused on the practical training and specialist teaching in the department of Neonatology, Including: pain containment in NICU, screening for severe congenital heart disease, biomarkers of brain injury, appropriate use of blood, appropriate use of oxygen,etc..From the course I enriched my knowledge and improved my clinical skills. And through this study I have a thorough understanding of the health care system in Tuscany, Italy.
