Ⅰ.There are four methods of making an appointment:
1、On-line appointment: http://www.nj12320.org/ (24-hour service)
2、On-site appointment: At the Registration Station on 1/F of the Outpatient Department
3、Doctor appointment: At the Doctor's Computer Workstation
4、Discharge appointment: At the Ward Doctor's Computer Workstation

ⅡService time for telephone and on-site appointment
8: 00 a.m.-12: 00 a.m., 14: 00 p.m.-17: 00 p.m., from Monday to Saturday; appointment deadline: 7 days before consultation (except for record registration); registration for the next day: appointment before 16:00 p.m. on the previous day is required; you can use our on-line appointment system to complete appointment for other time.

Ⅲ.Each person can make two appointments at most with our hospital each day and one appointment with the same department (including expert registration, specialist registration and record registration).

Ⅳ.The appointment service is free of charge.

Ⅴ.Real name is adopted for appointment registration. Upon appointment, you are expected to present your identity documents (Medicare card, medical record or ID Card)

Ⅵ.After making a successful appointment, please pay the fee and take your registration number at the self-service equipment or at the manual window on 1/F-8/F by right of the appointment slip within a prescribed period. Your registration number will automatically become null and void upon the expiration of the period.

Ⅶ.Stopping admission and change notice for appointment registration: If your appointed expert temporarily changes his/her consultation time or the appointed doctor has got a full registration quota, our hospital will call you on your registered number and recommend to you other doctors who can treat the same disease for you to choose and rearrange your treatment time. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused!
